To inspire a new breed of leadership that can engage in deepening theological reflection, with an authentically African identity, so as to develop innovative solutions to a better Africa
We do this though convening seminars, summit/conference and creating spaces for engagement and sharing of Ideas.
Kingdom Frameworks for Transformative Leadership in Africa
Inspired to Lead rose from a cry and yearning to see a different type of
leadership in Africa that is contextually informed, not just about what needs to
be corrected in Africa, but more intentionally, what could possibly be an African
narrative reflecting God’s original vision. Though we believe Scripture to be the
guiding map to this new Africa, somehow we as the Church have gotten
ourselves lost in the jungle of historical traditions and intentions, theological
dogmas and ecclesiological politics such that we have barely scratched the
surface of what God envisioned for our communities.
As we engaged in various communities and putting at the centre the Theology of
the Kingdom somehow brought moments of exhale as we saw people of
different denominations and traditions engage in refinding who we are as
Africans and as heir of the original vision of God. We found a strong belief that
the work of reinventing our beloved continent from the deep brokenness we find
ourselves in cannot be done without taking a different vantage point on theology
as well as overhauling our own narrative of African identity.
We have, since 2018, been on this journey of seeking truth and God continues
to be faithful in inviting us to dig deeper!
